Hello! My name is Cindy Bearden Patel. I am a second grade teacher at Tallassee Elementary School. I started my teaching career in 2001. I graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2001 and a Master's Degree in Reading in 2010. I taught first grade for 13 years until moving on to my current grade level, second grade. I am married to Paresh Patel. I have three sons-Austin, Brooks(with his heavenly father) and Carter. I also have a step-son, Ayden Patel and a step-daughter, Miya Patel.
