During the 2020-2021 school year, Mrs. Miller's 4th grade students, along with 800 other students from across the state, competed in the Alabama Council on Economic Education's Color the Concept Contest. The council recently contacted Mrs. Miller to inform her that Carly's entry on "Wants vs. Needs" won an honorable mention award! Mrs. Miller presented Carly with a certificate and a prize in the form of a check on Thursday, May 27, 2021. Carly will also be honored at the June Tallassee City Schools Board Meeting as well. Great job, Carly! We are so proud of you!
