Tallassee's show choirs performed in the Southland Show Choir Classic competition held at Enterprise High School on February 2-3.
Tallassee's mixed show choir "Voltage" was 3rd runner-up in a category that included Tarpon Springs (Florida), Sylacauga, Helena, and Eufaula. The "Divas" were 2nd runner-up in a category that included choirs from Petal (Mississippi) and Oak Mountain, as well as our own "Gold Edition".
The choral director at Tallassee High School is Mrs. Kelley Hill, who leads "Voltage" and the "Divas." Mr. Michael Bird is the director of "Gold Edition."
