Irvin Delfin & Yuren Rodriguez European Adventure:
While most of us were enjoying a week off and eating turkey during the Thanksgiving break, two of Tallassee’s brightest soccer stars were working hard, 4,325 miles away! Irvin and Yuren were selected to the Exact 11 team during the summer of 2024. This selection is reserved for top high school soccer players in the nation. As part of their selection the boys were invited to London for 8 days of intense training and matches against some of the top academies in England. The boys spent their entire break abroad working and competing in front of college coaches and top academy staff. This invaluable experience will serve the boys and the Tallassee High School Soccer team well this Spring as the boys look to make a return trip to Huntsville for the AHSAA Soccer Final Four! Congrats to these two young men for their accomplishments!
