HNH Flu Clinic for students will be November 6th at all school locations. Flu shots are FREE but you must complete a permission form. Permission forms are due back no later than Wednesday November 4th. Forms need to be turned in to the School Nurse. If your child is virtual and you would like them to receive the flu vaccine, please contact the school nurse at your child's campus.
