Tallassee City Schools
Empower, Engage, and Inspire
The mission of the Tallassee City School District is to inspire students through quality education to become responsible citizens and leaders of tomorrow. A partnership of staff, students, parents, and the community will prepare students to become responsible citizens and productive members of the communities in which they live.
Tallassee City Schools is a place where students are encouraged to learn, grow, and discover their strengths. We are committed to strong academics, innovative instruction, and continuous improvement, always pushing ourselves to be better for our students and our community. Our district also offers a wide range of clubs and activities, including athletics, fine arts, and leadership opportunities, giving students meaningful ways to explore their interests and shine beyond the classroom. With dedicated staff, supportive families, and a community that truly stands behind its schools, Tallassee City Schools is a place where every student can thrive.
We empower students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally through engaging instruction, meaningful support, and a positive school culture.
We remove barriers through academic, behavioral, and emotional supports, flexible pathways, counseling, and family communication.
Our teachers and staff support student success through strong relationships and high-quality instruction in a caring, supportive environment.
We partner with families and the Tallassee community to create a welcoming culture that supports students in and beyond the classroom.
Empower. Engage. Inspire.
Tallassee City Schools proudly serves students from Pre-K through 12th grade with a commitment to academic excellence, community pride, and student success.
